In 2023, Mehul Suthar co-organized a workshop with Shri Maharani Chimnabai Stree Udyogalaya. Established in 1914 by the Royal family of the Gaekwads in the erstwhile state of Baroda, Shri Maharani Chimnabai Stree Udyogalaya stands as one of India’s oldest self-governing women’s charitable organizations.

This workshop covered essential aspects of starting a modeling career, including ramp walk, basic makeup, dressing, audition preparation, body posture, etiquette, and more. Experts from each field were invited to provide participants with comprehensive guidance: Pratibha Kale led makeup, Sohil Lia focused on personality development and career progression, Jignashu Pandya covered expressions and acting, and Umang Bhatt handled preps for shoots. Kavita Parmar, along with Ashwini Mistry, trained participants in ramp walk, while Ishan Rana, Deepa Bhavsrar, and Jitendra Solanki formed the backbone of the management team.
